Delivery

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver free to 31 countries: the UK, 25 EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and Australia. Our Delivery & Shipping policy lists them all.

How much does delivery cost?

Tracked delivery is free on every order. In the UK you can choose Express delivery for £6.90.

How long will my order take?

Most orders leave us the same or next working day. After that, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in the UK, 5–8 in the EU, Norway and Switzerland, and 6–12 to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import tax?

No. International orders are sent delivered duty paid: the price you pay at checkout already includes import duties and taxes.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or sign in at account.yourdirectwarehouse.com.

Returns and quality

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item, sale items included. Message us with your order number to start a return. Our Returns & Refunds policy has the details.

What if my item is faulty or not as described?

Our quality guarantee covers it. Send us a photo and we'll replace the item or refund you, and we pay the return postage.

When will I get my refund?

Within 14 days of your return reaching us, to your original payment method.

Covers for IKEA furniture

Which IKEA furniture do your covers fit?

Each product page names the exact IKEA model and size it fits. Today our range covers the Klippan 2-seat sofa (180 cm), the Ektorp 2-seat sofa, the Hemnes and Brimnes daybeds (two 80 × 200 cm mattresses) and IKEA garden furniture cushions.

Are your covers made by IKEA?

No. They are our own covers, made to fit IKEA furniture. IKEA is a trade mark of Inter IKEA Systems B.V., and we use model names only to show what each cover fits.

How do I wash the covers?

Most covers are machine washable. The temperature and drying advice are on each product page and on the care label. For example, the Ektorp chenille covers wash at 40 °C.

Umbrellas

Are your car-brand umbrellas genuine?

Where an item is genuine manufacturer merchandise, its product page says so. We are an independent retailer and are not part of, or sponsored by, the car makers.

What is HideWise London?

Our own umbrella range: windproof, auto-open umbrellas with UV protection, including real-wood crook-handle walking umbrellas, large golf umbrellas and compact folding umbrellas, built for British weather.

How can I pay?

By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna, plus local methods such as iDEAL Wero and Bancontact, depending on your country.
