Our company maintains a 30-day return policy, affording customers the opportunity to request a return within 30 days of receiving their purchased item.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, devoid of wear or use, complete with tags, and packaged in its original casing. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

Initiating a return can either be done by reaching out to us via email at hello@yourdirectwarehouse.com or by initiating a return from the buyers account using the URL https://account.yourdirectwarehouse.com Should your return request be approved, the buyer will assume responsibility for the return postage costs. It's imperative that goods are dispatched solely to the address provided by our sales team upon acceptance of the return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect the contents. Should any defects, damages, or discrepancies arise, please notify us immediately. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Certain items are ineligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., Towels), as well as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Should you have queries or uncertainties regarding a specific item, feel free to get in touch with us.

Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

In instances where an exchange is sought, the most expeditious method involves returning the original item, awaiting approval of the return, and subsequently making a separate purchase for the desired item.

For customers located within the European Union, there exists a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you reserve the right to cancel or return your order, regardless of reason and without justification. Similar to our standard return policy, the item must meet the specified conditions and include the necessary documentation.

Refunds will be processed once we've received and assessed your return. You'll be promptly notified regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
